Job Description

Customer-oriented representative responsible for technical support and sales to dealers, distributors, and individuals via phone, email, and personal interaction.

 

Restrictions

Our organization has a responsibility to comply with all applicable requirements set forth by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”, 22 CFR 120-130).  As such, this position may have access to ITAR controlled information, and is only available to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents.  All candidates subject to drug screening and criminal background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions that legally prohibit the possession of firearms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Fielding a large volume of customer service and sales emails and phone calls
  • Proactive dealer and distributor sales and support via phone and email, to include management of necessary account information and documentation
  • Accountable for achieving sales and customer service related goals
  • Technical support and trouble shooting for issues related to Radian products and associated firearms
  • Exchanges, returns, and warranty handling
  • Preparation of reports and data collection related to sales and support issues

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Sales experience to include margin calculation, pricing, and basic understanding of dealer, wholesale, and OEM sales channels
  • Technical knowledge of firearms, specifically the AR15 platform, and desire to learn more about shooting, products, and the firearms industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to answer inquiries clearly and professionally via email, phone, or in person
  • Positive and professional attitude with customer-focused mentality when addressing challenging issues
  • Limited travel to trade shows, promotional events, and customer locations
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Flexibility and willingness to complete tasks outside the scope of this position as required in a dynamic work environment
